Mercury has fully moved through its retrograde cycle. Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto are finally all direct, and in this moment in time, we get a temporary reprieve. A slight break in the BIG EVALUATION that the fall of 2021 brought.

This is the build up.

You’ve evaluated. You’ve reset your course accordingly, and now, we wait. We wait for the eclipses, coming in just two weeks - THE START OF A WHOLE NEW CYCLE. The conclusion of another.

2021 has brought a huge shift in our material reality as the lessons from 2020 have been integrated and implemented in ways we didn’t even expect.

We entered this year FRESH AND SHINY AND NEW. Like newborn babies, and over the course of the year, all of the LIFE and WISDOM and INSTRUCTIONS came pouring down into our bodies - changing our actual environments - and telling us what to do with this new life we’ve been granted.

This Scorpio new moon is a big moon. Like all new moons, it’s the start of a new six month cycle - building to the Scorpio full moon on May 16, 2022 - but unlike most new moons, this new moon is starting a new ECLIPSE CYCLE.

We have approximately two eclipse seasons every year - periods of time in which there are 2-3 eclipses each. These typically fall in the winter and summer, and the last few eclipses have been in Gemini and Sagittarius. That’s because the karmic nodes of the moon have been in Gemini and Sagittarius, BUT that nodal cycle (which we’ve been in since May 2020) is coming to an end. The nodes are about to shift into Taurus and Scorpio, and no need to worry too much about what that means right now. I’ll be releasing a big reading about this new cycle soon, but for now, just know that change is coming. A whole new cycle with a new focus on what we are moving towards and what we are moving away from, and this coming eclipse season (starting November 19th) brings the first TAURUS eclipse. And that full moon eclipse is growing from THIS SCORPIO NEW MOON. (Also growing from this new moon is the first Scorpio eclipse in the cycle, coming our way in May.)

For now, let’s focus on the messages for this new moon. Here’s what you need to know. Here’s what God wants to tell you. God? That’s what I’m hearing. That’s the word that wants to be used. If you’ve been following me here for a while, then you know that God is a word I wrestle with, but this isn’t about me and my mind’s thoughts on the linguistic complications of the word God. This is about surrender, and apparently, this is what God wants to tell you:

BREATHE

Okay - big, gentle, long, exhale - you are right where you need to be for what’s coming next.

Everything that has happened delivered you HERE - to this place.

Look around. What do you see? How is it different?

Where were you this time last year?

Where were you on the Scorpio full moon on April 26th?

Life has changed. Your location has changed.

This is true for everyone. How has your location changed? Reflect.

I moved you here.

To this new place.

We worked in tandem to accomplish this.

Victory, victory, victory - it’s almost in sight!

The asteroid Victory and Jupiter are moving towards the point of peace in Aquarius - weaving peace. This comes with the eclipses. The final push.

Every change wrought was wielded to deliver peace.

Forged:

“make or shape (a metal object) by heating it in a fire or furnace and beating or hammering it.”

YOU HAVE BEEN FORGED.

Heated, Beaten, Hammered, Reshaped.

Isn’t it wonderful how malleable you are? Just like metal. One day it can be one thing and then you place it in the flames of truth and another day, it becomes something else.

Beautiful, gleaming thing.

The asteroid Juno is moving past the center of the galaxy along with the planet Venus. Venus moved through this space on January 6, 2021, and here it is again. Back then, it was traveling with the asteroid Angel. Back then, a BIG HISTORIC MOMENT happened. I, Virginia, wrote about it here. What did I name it? A Vision of Peace.

It’s coming, it’s coming: peace.

On January 6th, the asteroid Klio was conjunct Juno.

Some history: Juno is the asteroid that rules UNIFICATION. It was the asteroid that created the GRAND UNIFICATION CYCLE OF 2021. That cycle spoke to the massive downloading of information into your being, the forging of your physical structure (and material experience) to make way for bright golden light. (Return to the reading linked in this paragraph if you’d like to reflect on how the unification cycle affected you.)

Juno is all about unification - the marriage of people and energies and spirit and matter.

And KLIO is named after the muse of history.

On January 6th - as Venus aligned with the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy and Klio joined Juno in Sagittarius - we experienced a big historic moment concerning how we are relating to the world and each other and about the union of spirit and matter.

This Scorpio new moon is intimately woven with the events of January 6th.

Venus perfectly conjuncted the Galactic Center (G.C.) on November 2nd. By the time of the new moon on the 4th, it will have just moved past this point, but Juno is following close behind. Juno will be fully crossing the G.C. during this new moon period (November 4-18). These events RESET the energies affected by Venus and Juno. This new moon essentially hits reset on our exchanges (especially affecting relationships and money and marriage).

And I - Virginia - am being reminded of a message I was guided to in the days following January 6, 2021. Back then, I learned that the Latin word lucifer is often translated as “the planet Venus” or as “light-bringing.” This struck me at the time because on January 6th, the planet Venus was crossing the G.C., and on that day, I had a vision of a huge outpouring of LIGHT being brought down to Earth.

And on this Scorpio new moon, Venus will have just crossed the G.C. again. Reflect back on November 2nd - what did you experience that day? What LIGHT came through? This can reveal itself in a multitude of ways. Often, the light appears when it’s most needed to break through the dark.

Like the word lucifer itself - which in Christian mythology has often been used to reference both the devil and Jesus. Is there not a way that the light and dark go hand in hand?

THIS NEW MOON IS BRINGING LIGHT.

Light like what I saw on January 6th, light spreading throughout the temple.

The temple then was The U.S. Capitol - a building that I have since learned was designed as a temple to the Greek goddess Vesta.

On this Scorpio new moon, the asteroid Vesta (also in Scorpio) is in the same spot as the asteroid Sado. Sado speaks to sadism and pain. Pain is brought to the temple.

These two asteroids (Vesta & Sado) will be traveling with each other for some time, building to the November 19th eclipse and events that will transpire (I think) at another temple: The Dome of the Rock.

I first channeled this new moon note on October 29th. Then, I opened this note back up to edit it on November 3rd, and I started laughing at all of the talk about November 2nd and The Capitol because on November 2nd, there were local elections all across America. I had honestly forgotten all about that until they happened (since I recently moved, I have yet to familiarize myself with my local government). Anyway, I now can’t help but think that some of the messages for this moon and the way it it connects to January 6th are connected to the election that just happened, but also…I don’t think that’s all it is.

I have been getting many messages about events affecting both The U.S. Capitol and the land where the second temple was built in Jerusalem, where the Dome of the Rock now stands. I’ve been getting these messages all year. I can’t say with any certainty what will happen. I never fully believe the messages until they prove to be true, so I’ll just say that…I suspect something is going to happen with the eclipses, and we’re probably going to start to see rumbles of this now with the new moon.

Anyway: I did not expect to be writing about January 6th when I sat down to write about this new moon, but when I started channeling, I was shown all the ways that this date connects to then.

Juno and Klio were conjunct then. Klio and Saturn are conjunct now. Venus was crossing the G.C. then. Venus and Juno are crossing it now. This new moon is historic. A historic point for the CREATION OF A GOLDEN AGE that matches the vision of peace I saw then.

But I honestly do think it feels hard for a lot of the world before it feels better. I think this golden age is being created in pockets and portals. I think that you are integral to its creation within your own life and the world.

When I saw that Sado was playing a role on this new moon (and will be playing an even bigger one during the Taurus eclipse), my body got a little nervous. Sado transits can be painful, but then, on October 28th, the day before I sat down to channel this note, I was adding rituals to The Library of Rituals, and I pulled up an old issue from June 2019, and I saw this - just above the rituals. The image jumped out at me with a bang:

This card jumped out at me because I had just been working with that same card two days earlier! And also…because like then, Sado is now about to conjunct the sun.

When I look at that card, I see the light and dark, the sun and moon, the yin and yang, and the POWER of it all, and when I see The Queen of Forces, I’m reminded of another woman, another image I just saw.

PANDORA

On this new moon, Mars perfectly conjuncts the asteroid Pandora (a fact that I was magically guided to see after I thought I was done with this note). Like Sado, Pandora can seem scary - the girl who let the monsters loose on the world, but did you know that the name Pandora actually stems from words meaning ALL GIFTS? To me, Pandora is really about LETTING EVERYTHING OUT. Everything that’s been hidden from view. And then, from revealing everything, you are able to receive all of life’s gifts.

I was writing a chapter in my new book, writing about a time in my life when a traumatic experience caused me to break down all of the walls in my mind that hid things from my view. As I was writing about this, I just kept hearing the name: Pandora, Pandora, Pandora. And that’s when I looked up her asteroid, saw that she was right on Mars with this moon.

I heard her name when remembering a painful time in my life - because facing everything that I’d hidden was hard - but also, it freed me. IT EMPOWERED ME. When I let everything loose, I learned to wrestle with it all, to honor each moment as truthfully as possible versus avoiding and denying. So yes, it can hurt to face the things we weren’t expecting or didn’t think were possible or things that just plain hurt - physically and emotionally. But also, by facing these things as they come and as they are, WE ARE FORGED.

Like the message from God that I channeled days before ever hearing Pandora’s name and seeing her asteroid’s placement on this moon.

WE ARE FORGED.

Like Pandora herself.

In the mythology, Pandora was created by Hephaestus - the god of metalworking and blacksmiths. And then, she opened a box and released evil on humanity.

After hearing her name and looking her up, I saw the painting above. I saw her, opening a golden box, and when I saw this, I couldn’t help but think about the Ark of the Covenant. Another golden box, but this one was supposedly full of God’s LIGHT. Light that while divine could also be used as a weapon.

Two golden boxes, one that releases the dark, one that releases the light.

Are they separate - these boxes? Or are they like the word lucifer - used at times for the light and at times for the dark.

And the thing is…the ark came up for me with the Aries full moon at the end of October…the one just before this new moon…and it connects to the eclipse that’s coming…and I’ll share more in that note…but in short, here is the message:

THIS NEW MOON OPENS THE BOX.

What box? What’s inside?

The light. The dark.

The sun & the moon.

The woman stands tall, atop the lake. The sun and moon above her - both in their full power - and her, she stands tall and strong. She understands now, how to wield them, because SHE HAS BEEN FORGED.

On this new moon, you can work your magic - through the will to act and the humility to surrender.

This new moon brings the sun and moon together at approximately 13 degrees Scorpio, and you are ready to take all of the information and power and clarity that’s been delivered to your being and SEND IT BACK OUT TO THE WORLD.

Long story short:

This is a HISTORIC moon. Expect BIG THINGS TO HAPPEN. A massive reset in relationships and/or finances, maybe some big picture (on the news) pain and hardship, while you - in your own life - learn to transmute the pain and SEND GOLDEN LIGHT THROUGH THE FIELD, out to the entire world.
