On January 15th - two days before the Cancer full moon - my husband and I watched the movie Memento. I’d never seen it before, and for those of you who don’t know, it’s about a man who can’t make new memories. Because of this, he can’t keep track of what’s happening from one moment to the next, and he can’t remember what he needs to do or what he has done. To cope with this, he leaves himself notes everywhere - on pieces of paper and tattooed on his body. Through these notes, he’s able (in theory) to string together what’s going on in his life.
At the end of the movie, I couldn’t help but think that I’m a bit like this man. Thankfully I’m not actually like him - I remember my life, my daily goings-on, and I’m not plagued with a thirst for vengeance - but I do find myself constantly taking notes about much of my life so I don’t forget. Specifically, I make notes about most of my visions and major intuitive messages and synchronicities. I have hundreds if not thousands of pages of notes.
Why? Why do I take all of these notes for myself? Why am I writing these notes here for all of us? What is this record I’m keeping?
The thought I had on the evening of January 15th is that…I’m remembering heaven.
I’m remembering things that are true about this life and this world, but in my daily life of having a body and living on Earth and doing all of the uniquely human things, I easily forget what’s really happening.
Often, after experiencing a big vision or message, I feel like I was somewhere else - somewhere where IT’S ALL REAL AND HAPPENING AND MY FAITH CANNOT BE SHAKEN - and then, afterwards, it’s like I come back down to Earth, and I’m left wondering - did that really just happen? Was that real?
And so, before I forget and before the uncertainty consumes me, I write it all down, leaving a trail of memories of heaven on Earth.
And that’s what happened one week ago. On January 23, 2022, I entered the space where MY FAITH CANNOT BE SHAKEN. I saw a trail of memories of heaven on Earth, and well - this is the story. This is what happened.

On the morning of Sunday, January 23, 2022, I woke at six in the morning. I woke thinking about the karmic nodes of the moon. They had recently moved into Taurus and Scorpio, and I was thinking about how that means they are about to cross my MC/IC line (two of the most important points in any person’s astrology chart). Then, suddenly, I couldn’t recall what the letters “IC” stood for. The words had flown from my consciousness, and as I lay in bed searching for them, the words “ipsum coeli” popped into my head. I knew those weren’t the words, but then I thought: maybe they are?
So I googled them: ipsum coeli.
Nothing about the IC line appeared in the search results. Instead, I saw a 1515 drawing of a celestial map of the sky and an article titled “Pope Francis’ Regina Coeli address in Manger Square, Bethlehem.” It was clear that I had definitely not been remembering the words for the IC line correctly, but the word coeli was in every result, and I wondered, What’s coeli?
I searched “coeli meaning,” and there - at the top of the search page - was the answer, written just like this:
“Coeli in the English origin, means Heaven; a place where God is supposed to reside.”
Beneath that definition was the Wikipedia page for the word Coeli. I clicked on it, and then, right there - at the top of a list of usages of the word coeli - I saw the IC line, the Imum Coeli, meaning “bottom of the sky.” I was close, I thought. But had I accurately remembered the words Imum Coeli, I would never have arrived on this page. I would never have seen what I was seeing. I would never have seen what I saw next.
Beneath Imum Coeli on the list - two bullet points down - was an asteroid. Asteroid #3276. It was called Porta Coeli, and I clicked on it. Then, I saw the meaning of the words.
Porta Coeli means “Gateway to Heaven.”
Everything in my body knew this was important, and I had to know: Where is asteroid #3276?
I pulled up my astro software, and for the first time in a long time, I felt a rush of anxiety as I entered the numbers. Whatever I was about to see felt immense, but here I was, just lying in bed, in the dark, on a Sunday morning. My husband was still asleep beside me. My mouth guard for grinding was still secured around my upper teeth. I hadn’t even bothered to take it out before pulling out my phone. It had all happened so quickly - waking, thinking the words ipsum coeli, googling them, then coeli, then seeing the asteroid number. Nothing about this moment felt particularly sacred or worthy of such a big revelation…except for the fact that it was.
My astrology chart with asteroid #3276 was pulled up on my phone, but I didn’t look at it. Instead, I put my phone down, went to the bathroom, took out my mouth guard, and brushed my teeth.
Then, I returned to bed, and through the white glow of buzzing technology, I saw the image of the zodiac wheel, the black glyphs on the inside - showing me where the planets were when I was born - and the green glyphs on the outside of the wheel - showing me where the planets were on…Wait, what date is this for?
I realized I hadn’t checked the date before running the chart, but I looked now and saw that I was looking at the chart for February 1, 2022. The Aquarius new moon.
Then I saw asteroid #3276. It had no glyph. Instead, it showed itself as the word “Porta” - Latin for gate.
I saw right away that when I was born, Porta was in the sign of Sagittarius, at the cusp with Capricorn, and on February 1st, on February 1st…I searched for the green word on the outside of the wheel until I found it. I found it just past my IC line, just two degrees from the north node of the moon (a.k.a. the destiny point) in Taurus…my eyes opened wide as I processed these facts:
On the Aquarius new moon, the destiny point is approaching The Gateway to Heaven.
On February 7th, the destiny point and Porta Coeli will be perfectly conjunct - with zero degrees of separation between them, at 27°55’ Taurus.
That’s the exact same place where the Taurus full moon eclipse fell on November 19, 2021, and it was with that eclipse - if you remember - that I began having major visions of a bridge opening between Heaven and Earth.

In the hours that followed, I feverishly searched through my notes, pulling the date for every major vision and experience I’d had in recent years that directly related to the idea of heaven.
If you’re new here, I just want to take a moment to share that I was not raised to believe in the idea of Heaven. I don’t even know exactly what I think “heaven” is at this point in my life, and while the messages, imagery, and archetypes I describe may at times speak to one religious tradition or another, I do not personally ascribe to any one religion. What follows is not some religious dogma. I’m simply sharing the story of my experience, and here it is:
As I pulled date after date over years of my life, I was in awe to see that the asteroid Porta Coeli was in a significant astrological position on every single date, and I was flooded with the knowing that all of these visions and experiences arrived when they did in part, because The Gateway to Heaven was open or activated in some major way on these dates.
What follows is an abridged list of these dates, but before getting to the list, it’s worth noting that in my birth chart, Porta Coeli (the gateway to heaven) and Gaea (the earth) are in the exact same place, perfectly conjunct at 28 degrees Sagittarius. This spot in Sagittarius is nearly perfectly conjunct the center of the Milky Way Galaxy (a.k.a. The Galactic Center).
Someone told me once that if you have planets (or asteroids) at the Galactic Center in your chart, then those planets/asteroids indicate something that you are here to teach, that somehow, life will make you an expert in whatever it is so you can teach it. If this is true, then my chart tells the story of me, teaching you about the gateway to heaven on Earth.

3) To show you a number of dates that impacted all of us so you can reflect on the role Porta Coeli has played in your own life.

November 26, 2019
The Vision: This was the first big message I consciously received about the notion of heaven on Earth. On this day, I heard clearly (via my intuitive hearing and channeled writing) that my purpose is to shine a light on the path back to the garden.
The Astro: Jupiter, Porta Coeli, and Venus were all closely conjunct on this day for all of us. This triple conjunction happened exactly where Porta Coeli is in my chart (by the Galactic Center). You may want to reflect on what happened for you at this time too. This was a big day (and also a new moon).
August 3, 2020
The Vision: On this day, I had a powerful vision where I entered a throne room and was guided by Jesus through an ethereal coronation/marriage ceremony. During this ceremony, I had a very powerful physical experience that spoke to the connection between the spiritual and the material, Heaven and Earth.
The Astro: This was on an Aquarius full moon. That full moon was conjunct Porta for all of us, and this Aquarius new moon now is falling in the same place as that full moon then.
December 15, 2020
The Vision: With eyes open wide, I experienced this vision like a transparent movie playing out on top of the material reality before me. I saw a massive explosion of light. Then, I saw a big green lawn spread out before me in a half circle. It was framed by rose bushes and trees, and Jesus was kneeling in the center with his arms down by his side and his palms facing forward. As I saw this garden in the sky/air in front of me, it felt clearly like a portal/opening to Heaven/the garden.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was exactly conjunct my Mars, and the sun and moon were both conjunct my Porta Coeli.
May 2-11, 2021
The Vision: On the 2nd, I had a vision of a gold key opening a portal in my heart. On the 3rd, I moved from NYC to Ohio. Then, on May 11th, I had a vision of being handed a silver key in the ether and was guided to learn extensively about the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven (one silver, one gold). I also received a flood of messages at this time about the Second Temple in Jerusalem and the idea of all religions being one.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was crossing over my destiny point (where the north node is in my birth chart).
August 2-6, 2021
The Vision/Experience: This was all very tangible. On the 2nd, over the course of a couple of hours, I saw the number 17 everywhere in the most magical and synchronous of ways, and I suddenly felt this calm clarity around my readiness to lay down roots and have a home (versus renting). An hour later, a house was listed that seemed perfect for us. (We weren’t even looking.) Four days later, we had an accepted offer.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was crossing over my IC line, a point that’s significant in all matters of house and home (amongst other things).
September 15, 2021
The Vision/Experience: We moved into the house. Out back, there is a patio paved in the shape of a half-circle. It’s framed by rose bushes and trees and a huge green lawn extends out beyond it - à la the vision I had on 12/15/20.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was exactly conjunct the destiny point at 4°44’ Gemini, inside The Golden Gate of the Ecliptic. This date - like many of the dates in this list - is a huge reflection of what will happen on February 7th, when the destiny point and Porta Coeli are conjunct again. This was a big date for all of us. Also, turns out, the asteroid Porta Coeli was first discovered on September 15, 1982, so this was also the anniversary of the discovery of the planetary body that would soon be named Heaven’s Gate.
November 17, 2021
The Vision: I saw myself using the silver key that was handed to me on May 11th. I saw the key opening a door in Heaven leading to Earth.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was exactly conjunct the destiny point again. After September 15th, it went retrograde. This retrograde action allowed for Porta Coeli and the destiny point to cross paths again on November 17th. This second time, they were conjunct at 1°43’ Gemini. Two days after this vision, there was an eclipse at the exact point where Porta Coeli and the destiny point will be conjuncting now with this Aquarius new moon.
December 6-14, 2021
The Vision: On December 6th, I was shown a gate within my home that could be opened, opening to Heaven on Earth. Then, on the 14th, I had vision of a gold key opening many of these gates all across the earth.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was crossing my IC line again. Along with representing your “home,” the IC line speaks to where you came from, your subconscious, your memories.
January 20, 2022
The Vision: As I was trying to fall asleep, I saw INTENSE LIGHT pouring through the gate to Heaven that’s inside my home. As I saw this in my mind, I felt intense energy rising in my body, shooting up through the soles of my feet. I have never before thought much about the idea of “light codes,” but that night, as I saw this light beaming out and felt it filling me up, it truly did feel like codes were being downloaded into me and all of this specific information was moving through my mind as it happened.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was just outside my IC (by one degree) and about to cross it. Also on this day, Mars was exactly conjunct the Galactic Center.

The Vision: I woke at six in the morning thinking about the IC line and was guided to learn about Porta Coeli.
The Astro: Porta Coeli was exactly conjunct my IC on this day, and Mars was exactly conjunct where Porta Coeli is in my chart. In other words, I woke thinking about a point in my chart and was guided to an asteroid that was exactly at that point.
Just a reminder that I did not know about these Porta Coeli placements for a single one of these experiences. I didn’t even know the asteroid Porta Coeli existed, and I’d never heard the words “porta coeli” before, but then, I “randomly” learned about its existence on January 23, 2022, and it just happened to align with each of these experiences…

Okay, so there was a lot in that. And it’s not even everything that I was guided to see. I saw so many more dates, connecting Porta Coeli to so many more experiences, and after seeing ALL OF IT, I was filled with a profound remembrance, the knowing that HOLY HOLY THIS IS ALL REALLY HAPPENING.
These are memories. From when? From now? From the past? For all of time happening always?

Porta Coeli went direct on January 7, 2022, and on February 7th, it will be conjunct the destiny point again, for the third time in three and a half months. This will not happen again until 2026, and then, it will be different - in a different place that’s not compounded by the effects of The Golden Gate of the Ecliptic. Porta Coeli was moving through this gate in September and will be moving through it again from February 25 - March 8th.
So…if it seems like I’ve been talking about doorways and gates opening to Heaven for months now…well, apparently, this wasn’t just happening in my visions. This was happening out in space, in the story in the stars, through this massive cycle we’ve been experiencing with Porta Coeli.
This Aquarius new moon marks a peak moment in this cycle, a big destined opening for the collective.

On this new moon, Heaven’s light shines down on Earth.
The destiny point is nurtured by Ceres - the goddess of the harvest - right before it conjuncts Porta Coeli.
And on February 1st, the sun and moon are perfectly conjunct the asteroid Gaea (the earth).
This moon is about the earth. This moon is about the earth. This moon is about the earth.
THE EARTH IS CHANGING.
Two days after the new moon, Mercury goes direct, and at the end of January, Venus finally went direct. If things have felt like they’ve been slow to get off the ground this year, it’s because we were waiting for this moment now.
NOW is when we TAKE OFF.
Now is when our destiny is infused with Heaven’s Light in such a profound way that we SEE CLEARLY WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
We understand who we are, where we come from, and what to do next.

On the new moon, Venus is conjunct Vesta, like two Vs in the sky, connecting us to a deep sense of devotion to all the giving and receiving we experience in our lives. You accept it all. You accept it all. You accept it all.
This moon is about the earth. This is a new moon.
This moon is about the new earth.
Creating it, paving it, becoming it. The ritual you receive will be a reflection of what will support you most and what will help you most support the earth.

This Aquarius new moon sets the stage in a BIG WAY for what’s to come. It leads us towards the full moon on the 16th, and then, it keeps on expanding in the background, leading us to the Aquarius full moon on August 11, 2022.
By then, we will come to even more fully understand the message of this moon.
The message is ipsum coeli - the point from which we came.
Those were the words I heard in my mind, the words I imagined the IC line (a point marking our roots) might stand for. I was wrong, but ultimately, this forgetting led me to Porta Coeli. It led me to see the story behind this gateway - a story that’s been unfolding through years of experiences - and it also led me to the original words themselves - ipsum coeli - for together, they mean something.
Translated from Latin to English, ipsum coeli means:
Heaven Itself.

Long story short:
Sometimes I wish I could make this all sound a little less dramatic and spiritual and borderline religious, but it is what it is. These are the messages: This new moon aligns our destiny with the creation of Heaven on Earth. This initiates a peak moment in the creation of a new earth as our collective destiny is infused with Heaven’s Light. We will feel this throughout the new moon time and especially around the 6th and 7th. This is one of the final steps in a cycle we have been in since August 3, 2021. We are building now to complete this cycle on March 13, 2022, as the asteroid Porta Coeli leaves its retrograde shadow and completes its final transit through The Golden Gate of the Ecliptic. You will come to remember what Heaven Itself is more and more throughout the year.
